1. Service Nature

Landedly.AI provides digital services, including but not limited to resume analysis, AI-powered content generation, and subscription-based access to our platform. As a purely digital service, we do not ship any physical products. All of our offerings are delivered electronically.

2. Service Delivery

Upon successful completion of a purchase or subscription activation, your account will be immediately updated. "Delivery" is considered complete when:

  • Subscription plans are activated and the corresponding features are unlocked for your account.
  • Analysis credits or quiz credits (as part of a plan or top-up) are added to your account balance.

This process is typically instantaneous. You will see your new credits or plan status reflected in your user dashboard and profile immediately after a successful transaction.

3. Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation for all transactions made on our platform. This email serves as your proof of purchase and confirmation of service delivery. Please keep this email for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation email within one hour of your purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact our support team.

4. Delivery Issues

In the rare event that your purchased credits or subscription features are not reflected in your account immediately after purchase, please take the following steps:

  1. Log out and log back into your Landedly.AI account to refresh your session.
  2. If the issue persists, please contact our billing support at billing@landedly.ai with your transaction ID or the email address associated with your account. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
