1. Subscription Plans

Our subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and are non-refundable. When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations that occur mid-cycle.

2. One-Time Purchases (e.g., Credit Top-Ups)

Purchases of analysis credits or other one-time add-ons are final and non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be returned for a cash refund.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as a billing error on our part or a significant, prolonged service outage. Refund requests in these situations must be submitted within 30 days of the charge.
